What Our Customers Are Saying
We had the misfortune to discover a leak in our roof this past April. We searched around for referrals. Deanna (the owner) was prompt, professional, accurate in her estimate and provided us options including a simple repair, as well as a full roof. Many other homes in our neighborhood of Sun City Grand were replacing roofs so we knew it was just a matter of time. Her contract clearly pointed out what possible incremental costs could arise should they experience any rot and need to replace some of the wood. They were on time, very respectful and completed the job as required. I would recommend them anytime.

Recommended to us by a neighbor who is also an insurance adjuster, Massive freak storm took a lot of roof tiles off and did some damage, how no one was hurt I have no idea. Called them and they came the next morning, Quote was very competitive and they were able to fix the roof within the week. No issues, no fuss and no leaks (any more). Will definitely keep the number on file and hopefully never call them again! 110% Recommend.

I’ve been working with Deanna for 4-5 years now. As an insurance adjuster, it’s seldom that I come across a contractor that is so easy to work with. I appreciate her honesty, integrity and willingness to get work done. Luckily I’ve never had to have my own roof repaired, however if the time ever comes, I would not hesitate to hire Deanna and her crew to get it done.

If I could rate Koala Roofing more than 5 stars I would! What a fabulous experience from start to finish. From the quote to the completion of the job. I wanted to be proactive and replace my roof before any problems arose so I was looking for companies to come out and quote a full replacement of the underlayment. Deanna was professional and informative, indulging all my questions and giving me clear specific answers. She came out and did an free examination of my roof and provided a quote within a few days. The quote was clear and detailed. She also provide me with information on warranty time frames for the material and labor. I decided to go with her company and was scheduled to have the work done in a couple of weeks. I was very pleased with the workers that came, they were very considerate and kind and worked hard and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Deanna was there to check the work multiple times. I highly recommend this company! You will not be disappointed!
