The owner of the company did the estimate so no sales people to deal with.  She is extremely knowledgeable and actually cared about my home and doing a quality job.  Deanna's crew has been with her for about 10 years now so I knew they were experienced.  This crew was on time, very efficient, and left the property cleaner than how they found it.  I spoke with the head of the crew for a while and he has been doing roofs his whole life.  I can't stress enough how honest this company is and what great work they do.  I did get 2 other bids and I was disgusted by the high pressure sales tactics.  They both wanted to sell me a whole roof job and I only needed my patio redone. I received 5 bids from licensed contractors and chose Koala-T Roofing. Some contractors didn't provide referrals as requested. I had work done from Koala-T on my Mother-in-law's house several years ago. It had been raining for several days at that time, called Deanna the owner. She came out the next day, identified where the leak was and repaired it that day. That was enough for me to hold her company in my highest regard for contractors. My current home, approximately 4000 sqft of roof area with flat cement tiles was completed in 5 1/2 days. All my interactions with Deanna and her crew were flawless. They cleaned up everyday without being asked to. Happily recommend Koala-T roofing without reservation. Several of my neighbors asked for the contact information for their future needs. The bid was right in the ballpark area that the insurance company had estimated. Explained things very well and never talked down tomr Work was done with no additional damage reported as the job progressed.   They even painted the vents, etc a nice color that blended well with the roof.  That wasn't addressed in the bid it was just done.  Came on time with a large crew and got right to work.  Cleaned up beautifully.  Wouldn't even know they had been here.  Color match on the roof is great.  Owner came by mid morning to make sure all was going well and it was.
