I needed an inspection to prove poor installation vs. storm damage so my builder would fix falling and shifting tiles. They were super easy to work with, came out next day right on time and quickly inspected and took the pictures I needed for no charge. I will definitely be using them for anything in the future. Fantastic!

This review relates to Koala-T Roofing. Realizing that there are scams taking place regarding reviews, please know that I am NOT getting paid to write this review. Koala-T Roofing is a small business owned and operated by Deanna Moro, for approximately
fifteen years. We have been very satisfied with Deanna and her crew. We find Deanna
pleasant and professional.
If you are considering who you would want to hire to do some roofing work for you, we feel you would not be disappointed in Koala-T Roofing.

Recommended to us by a neighbor who is also an insurance adjuster, Massive freak storm took a lot of roof tiles off and did some damage, how no one was hurt I have no idea.
Called them and they came the next morning, Quote was very competitive and they were able to fix the roof within the week.
No issues, no fuss and no leaks (any more).
Will definitely keep the number on file and hopefully never call them again!
110% Recommend.

I am in the process of selling my home in Surprise and needed some tiles replaced and a couple of mudballs repaired to meet the buyers required repairs. It also needed to be done quickly. Deanna did it the same week and even did all the mudballs which were not required. She still charged the same rate. I was impressed with how quickly she went out there and how reasonable her rates were. I was expecting it to be a more expensive repair. I would recommend Koala -T roofing to anyone who asked. 100%

Huge shout out from California to Deanna and her Koala-T Roofing Co. She is reliable, honest, and priced well. I have several rentals in Arizona and she took care of my rental house in Surprise a few years ago. I recently called her for a Free Roof Inspection / Maintenance tune-up on the same property and she will be out there again!!!
THANK YOU Deanna 😊 I appreciate your help and quality of work you and the team provide. Give Koala-T a call for all your Roofing needs repairs, estimates and tune-ups. Extremely efficient, custom work at Good pricing.

Excellent company! From my first call to writing this review...this is by far one of the best interactions with a business. Excellent communication, work was documented and justified...all costs were clearly explained and itemized. Photos before and after were taken. This is one of those few companies where you dont have to guess on anything. Deanna and her team are an 11 outta 10. Would highly recommend from small inspections to full blown replacements!!

In June, the Koala-T Roofing Company replaced my patio roof and I was very happy. First, I was impressed with their bid which specifically listed 12 items of work needed to fix my roof. Second, the owner checked the work three times and on one occasion noticed inferior material was mistakenly delivered and she promptly fixed the problem. Third, when thunderstorms threatened, she wisely closed down the work and covered everything up. The team returned the next day to finish the work. The job site cleanup was immaculate. I would definitely recommend you consider Koala-T Roofing Company for any roof work.

Wooow, all I could say is wooow. What a service and I was wrongly thinking that I was going to get ripped off, but no, they’re very very fair, fast and responsive like you wouldn’t believe. I’m the most satisfied with them specially Deana who came over herself and took care of the problem very nicely and in no time. I just can’t find the right word to say how happy I’m and this is the place to go with if you’d want good and honest work.
