Roof Replacement Services

When repairs aren’t enough or your roof has reached its end of life, Koala-T Roofing provides professional roof replacement services that give you lasting protection and peace of mind. With 20+ years of experience serving the Surprise, AZ region, our family-owned team knows exactly what it takes to withstand Arizona’s intense heat, monsoon rains, and high winds.

Why Replace Your Roof?

Recurring Leaks & Costly Repairs
If you find yourself constantly patching leaks or making frequent fixes, a full replacement can be more cost-effective—and safer—in the long run.
Aging or Outdated Shingles & Tiles
Most asphalt shingles last around 20–25 years, while tile roofs can endure 30+ years. Once these materials start cracking, curling, or breaking down, it’s often time for an upgrade.
Storm & Monsoon Damage
Severe weather can cause widespread damage, from underlayment issues to missing or blown-off shingles. Rather than living with a compromised roof, a replacement restores integrity and value.
Increased Home Value & Curb Appeal
A new roof is an investment in your property’s future. Modern roofing materials are both durable and aesthetically appealing, which can boost resale value.

Our Roof Replacement Specialty is Tile Roofing

We’re committed to offering roofing solutions tailored to Arizona’s climate and each customer’s preferences:

Tile Roofs (Concrete or Clay)
- A popular Southwest choice for longevity and classic style.
- Excellent for handling high temperatures and providing natural insulation.
- Requires proper underlayment installation to prevent leaks—a Koala-T Roofing specialty!

We Are Experts in Other Popular Roofing Materials
Underlayment & Ventilation Upgrades
- We don’t just replace the top layer. Proper underlayment, ventilation, and flashing are essential for a roof that holds up in monsoon season and extreme heat.

Our experienced roofers install the new material with precision—following manufacturer guidelines and local building codes. We focus on every detail, from flashing to ridge vents, ensuring a long-lasting, weather-tight result.
Final Cleanup & Walkthrough
We use magnets to pick up stray nails and clear away debris, leaving your home as neat as we found it. Then, we conduct a final inspection to confirm everything meets our quality standards.
Warranty & Follow-Up
We stand by our workmanship and the premium materials we use. You’ll receive warranty documentation and can always reach out to us if any issues arise.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I needed an inspection to prove poor installation vs. storm damage so my builder would fix falling and shifting tiles. They were super easy to work with, came out next day right on time and quickly inspected and took the pictures I needed for no charge. I will definitely be using them for anything in the future. Fantastic!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Recommended to us by a neighbor who is also an insurance adjuster, Massive freak storm took a lot of roof tiles off and did some damage, how no one was hurt I have no idea.
Called them and they came the next morning, Quote was very competitive and they were able to fix the roof within the week.
No issues, no fuss and no leaks (any more).
Will definitely keep the number on file and hopefully never call them again!
110% Recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am in the process of selling my home in Surprise and needed some tiles replaced and a couple of mudballs repaired to meet the buyers required repairs. It also needed to be done quickly. Deanna did it the same week and even did all the mudballs which were not required. She still charged the same rate. I was impressed with how quickly she went out there and how reasonable her rates were. I was expecting it to be a more expensive repair. I would recommend Koala -T roofing to anyone who asked. 100%

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent company! From my first call to writing this review...this is by far one of the best interactions with a business. Excellent communication, work was documented and justified...all costs were clearly explained and itemized. Photos before and after were taken. This is one of those few companies where you dont have to guess on anything. Deanna and her team are an 11 outta 10. Would highly recommend from small inspections to full blown replacements!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. In June, the Koala-T Roofing Company replaced my patio roof and I was very happy. First, I was impressed with their bid which specifically listed 12 items of work needed to fix my roof. Second, the owner checked the work three times and on one occasion noticed inferior material was mistakenly delivered and she promptly fixed the problem. Third, when thunderstorms threatened, she wisely closed down the work and covered everything up. The team returned the next day to finish the work. The job site cleanup was immaculate. I would definitely recommend you consider Koala-T Roofing Company for any roof work.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wooow, all I could say is wooow. What a service and I was wrongly thinking that I was going to get ripped off, but no, they’re very very fair, fast and responsive like you wouldn’t believe. I’m the most satisfied with them specially Deana who came over herself and took care of the problem very nicely and in no time. I just can’t find the right word to say how happy I’m and this is the place to go with if you’d want good and honest work.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions
- Roof Replacement

How do I know if I need a roof replacement or just repairs?

Our team conducts a thorough inspection to determine if issues are isolated or part of a broader structural concern. If more than 20-30% of your roof’s surface is compromised—or if the materials are nearing the end of their life—a replacement is often more cost-effective.

Will you help with insurance claims?

Absolutely. If your roof was damaged by a storm, we’ll document the problems and provide any necessary paperwork or photos to support your insurance claim.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most standard replacements are completed within 1–3 days, depending on your roof size and complexity. We always strive to minimize disruptions to your daily routine.
